I agree (that its a voice-over) because unless they all have perfect pitch, they started the song in tune without a reference pitch

I went to see them sing when they came to my town with my mom who is a huge fan and I love Listening to them!!!! my mom graduated with one of them

Clearly a voice over. Listen and look at 1.00, two voices are heard, bass and lead, only one person sings - the bass. You can also see the bass breath when voice still ringing.But still, great arrangement, just discover this group.
